FOUNDER & CEO

Mr. Chris Casey is the founder and CEO of Carruthers Capital Group LLC, a diversified investment company which deploys capital across a broad range of industries. Previously, Mr. Casey was an understudy at Beard Capital, a now-defunct investment group focused on real estate, short selling, Regulation D investments and the convertible debenture market.

Mr. Casey is active in various charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Mr. Casey studied history, language and culture at three different universities in the American South and lives in New York City and Asheville, North Carolina.

Ray Horton

MEMBER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Ray Horton is a member and Chief Operating Officer of Carruthers Capital Group LLC, a diversified investment company which deploys capital across a broad range of industries.

Previously, Mr. Horton sat on the board of directors for Black Oak Ventures, an online gaming and sweepstakes company and is an advisor for Mountain Merchant Services, a startup company that provides settlement services for various businesses across the country. A business graduate from the University of Phoenix, Mr. Horton has more than three decades of experience in the retail, payments and merchant capital sectors and brings his own unique style of management to the companies and organizations in which he serves.
